Ruan Zhi
Also known as Ruanzhi, Qingxin, Qing Xin Oolong, Soft Stem
The most widely planted tea plant in Taiwan, originally from Anxi in Fujian. Many of Taiwan's classic oolongs are made from it, among them Dong Ding, Oriental Beauty, Baozhong and high-mountain teas. Light in taste, with an orchid-like aroma.
