Also known as Sheer Chai, Kashmiri Tea, Pink Tea, Gulabi Chai
A pink, salty milk tea from Kashmir. Green gunpowder tea is boiled with baking soda until deep red; milk turns it pink, and ladling it back and forth makes it frothy. In Pakistan it is often served with sugar and nuts.
