Long Jing

Also known as Dragon Well, Longjing, West Lake Longjing, Xihu Longjing

Green tea · Tea style · West Lake, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China · Chinese

A celebrated Chinese green tea from the hills around West Lake in Hangzhou. The leaves are pan-fired by hand, which stops oxidation and presses them into their typical flat, smooth shape.
